Andy at the Cardiff Penarth Road stores was extremely helpful and friendly. He took time to listen to our specific requirements and was clearly very knowledgeable about the stock and availability. As soon as my husband entered the shop in Penarth Road, Cardiff just the lay out of the beds was more appealing. Two very friendly sales people were more than happy to help us chose our new kingsize mattress. We did not expect the quality of the mattress Andy (sales person) suggested when we told him the limit of our budget. In all fairness he took us to the section where the mattresses were reduced in price due to stains or marks. It did not take long to find exactly what we were hoping for. When Andy checked the delivery date we only had four days to wait. Excellent! While we sat and to do the payment we found both of the staff very friendly and chatty. The lady who helped us was very patient and had great knowledge of the mattresses. She was great with our children (1+3) who were getting very bored with mummy and daddy lying on lots of beds. And she made us a tea and coffee! We were so happy, my other half bought her a bottle of wine.. Shopping with my children can be testing and her patience and kindness made it that much better.
