Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

Thanks to Andy's help, we hope we have found the perfect mattress and bed. We have been offered a coffee while we were walking around the store and we were given enough time to consider our options. Will definitely buy again in this store and recommend to friends and family.

We were given appropriate assistance by Michael. He was not too over bearing but available when needed. The prices were higher than other shops but service was good.

The guy was excellent. Didn’t put pressure on us. Found exactly what we were looking for. Much better than other stores we had visitied.

Andy was an absolute star assisting us in the purachase of our new bed. His knowledge of all the beds in store was second to none and the deal he put together for us was outstanding. Couldn’t turn it down. Just want to say a personal thank you to Andy for getting us our dream bed. Also pours a decent glass of water!

Walked in store and within 15 minutes I had purchased a bed and two memory foam pillows and was out of there. There was only one staff on duty and he was extremely helpful. Always buy my bedroom beds and mattresses from dreams. Top quality!

The collegue who served us was amazing, going above and beyond his duties making me and my children very welcome and even staying after the store had closed untill our sale was complete.

MIchael was very helpful in helping us get the right mattress for my wife as she suffers from a bad back. We tried all mattresses which would assist my wife and he helped with getting the right bed and headboard for our room colour. We were offered drinks and allowed time to make our decision. Delivery is to be done next week, so happy with that.

Michael was helpful and attentive and the products were affordable and of good quality.

The assistant Michael was understanding to the challenges of back pain my wife suffers with. There was large choice to choose from but hopefully Michael helped us come to the right choice

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Andy invited us to look around at leisure and to ask for advice if needed. Once we needed advice about a potential purchase, Andy offered us coffee and suggested which beds to look at to help focus the search. He said he would do his best to get the best deal for us. We chose a bed, received a great deal and had a very relaxed and productive shopping experience thanks to Andy. There was also a nice atmosphere in the store. Good camaraderie and professional teamwork. We will visit again.
