I was looking for a bed and went to Dreams after hearing an advert on the radio local station..I went with two friends one of which is in a wheelchair..we started wandering around the shop and was approached by a female member of staff who asked if I was looking for anything in particular..at this time my colleague was asked if we wanted a hot drink by a fellow..we all had a lovely coffee each..after many explanations about beds..storage etc. I picked the one I wanted, got a delivery date and left the building..it was so easy and a nice experience.. I initially popped into the store to browse for a replacement mattress. Mark welcomed me professionally and offered coffee when I came into the store. I never felt pressured and loved the colour coding system Mark explained. This made the selection process so much easier. Marks product knowledge was excellent and while I popped in to get an idea before shopping around, I decided not to and placed my order there and then. Mark clearly explained the options of having my old bed and mattress collected and the upgrade warranties available which I took out.
