Friendly, efficient, helpful and fun. Michael makes a very good cup of coffee as well!! We found what we wanted at a price we could afford and a quick delivery date! We also liked the layout of the store.

Steele who served us was efficient,polite,answered all our questions and most importantly let us make our decisions without any pressure selling.

We went into the store not knowing what mattress we wanted we were offered assistance by Andy who was extremely helpful, especially as me and my partner were very fussy.He had lots of knowledge on all the mattresses his help made us feel comfortable and insured we made informed desision. We are extremely pleased with the mattress we chose all down to Andy and his help. We normally don’t like going shopping for beds mattresses etc as we find the staff very pushy but not one of the staff made us feel pressured into buying which made our expirence in dreams a dream. They even offered us tea and coffee! We would like to say a massive thank you to Andy and his help today!
