Julie was amazing really friendly and helpful, helped me find the best mattress for me, I get really bad pains in my body which causes me to struggle in the mornings so Julie was amazing at helping me make the decision

I had no idea what sort of bed I was looking for, but a very helpful man called Mike was able to explain which beds were which and was very helpful. This made my visit stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend “Dreams” in Cardiff.

Personnel were very helpful abd accomidating. Amanda took time to show us around and gave us enough time to decide.

The staff spent a lot of time making sure we found a suitable mattress and it was supportive for us. Talked us through different options and offered a bottle of water.

The customer assistant who served us, Julie, was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were not sure what we wanted when we entered the store but Julie showed us a range of beds and mattresses and explained the benefits of each. When we came to a decision she helped us to choose the perfect mattress to accompany the bed. We were pleased with the range of products on display but the visit was made a pleasant and enjoyable experience by Julie's patience, friendly personality and expert knowledge. No hard sell just help, exactly what we wanted and what is lacking in so many other stores.

Friendly staff member, Chase, explained pricing & types of divan base on offer, helped with pointing out bed base colours as they were not well represented on the bed product information displayed. Demonstrated ottaman base. Helped by explaining different mattresses and pillows & found examples for us try following analysis. Helpful when we made order & explained pricing, assembly & delivery & insurance, (bed removal charges although we didn't opt for this service). Recommended, mattress protector and related offer. Overall very satisfied, with our visit and looking forward to our new bed being delivered.
