I was made to feel comfortable in my choice advise was given in helping me to chose my desired bed i was offered a cup of tea and had an ease with my purchase even though there was some difficulty in receiving the credit offered which was no fault of this company, the manager was helpful to suggest ways to deal with this and I'm an extremely happy customer who got through with what i wanted

Quick service and friendly staff. Julie listened to why we wanted and made the process quick in deciding the Myers’s we wanted after we explained why we were after. And made. Great cuppa.

The sales specialist was very clear and knowledgeable with regards to the beds and mattresses. He made us very welcome and devoted his time with us patiently as there was so much to choose from it took us a while to decide. we needed to return home to pick up sample colours of our décor and he arranged hot coffees for our arrival back at the store. Brilliant service.

the Whole shopping experience was excellent, your assistant Andy was friendly and helpful, he offered us coffee, took the time to listen to our request, used his knowledge to explain differences to us, recommended item to us based in our questions and budgets. From beginning to end it was stress free. We were acknowledged and advised and then left alone until we were ready to order. A quick check by your salesman halfway through to see we were ok. Very impressed
