Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

I came to dreams for a mattress and divan base, as I bought my last mattress from dreams about 8 years ago. I have been looking at beds for over a year and have been unable to decide what to get. The staff at dreams in Cardiff understood my needs, gave me time to try out various options and helped me get the bed I really wanted. Thank you.

I was satisfied from the minute I walked in the door the friendly approachable sales lady Julie was very helpful she showed me around and give me choice to my enquires i believe that she provided me with best deal possible ..

Left alone when wanted to be.lots of help and guidance when wanting to look at the options. Help in finding the right option for us and not trying to sell us the highest priced options. Genuine staff able to communicate effectively to make the customer at ease and able to cominicate their needs resulting in the sale.

I found the salesman helpful and pointed beds for us to try so we could find what we were looking for, but he also left us alone to try all beds and did not hassle us or hurry us and we were able to make our decision, and when we were ready dealt with the paperwo k very well and was polite at all times.

Andy made us feel welcome from the start of our visit, including our young son. We did not feel under any pressure to buy any of the items we were interested in, and Andy answered all our questions and made the whole experience extremely pleasant. The team were all very professional and relaxed and we would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends/family.

Julie was fantastic from the moment my partner and I walked into the store. She didn't jump on us straight away, she gave us time and then came over to welcome us and offer us a cup of tea. She was incredibly helpful through the entire experience, finding out exactly what were looking for and thinking of the best options for us. We are over the moon with our purchase and cannot wait for it to go in our new home. So greatful for her help as we left with much more than we could have wanted. Thank you

although we called in with only 15 minutes to closing time the staff did not rush us at all they were courteous explained things fully asked if we had any questions. we were offered timeslots for delivery to suit us. Given that this item was relatively low value we could not have been treated better if we had spent thousands. well done

The salesman Andy was extremely helpful, my wife and I changed our minds a lot about mattresses and bed frames and Andy was so happy to help, would severely recommend the dreams on penarth road. Couldn't fault Andy one bit, was so friendly, listened to what we were after, catering to our wants and needs with the bed we picked out and made a good cup of tea!
