Very helpful but not over pushy member of staff. Good selection of 5 foot wide mattresses.

Julie was really helpful and patient with us. This was a major purchase for us and she talked us thoroughly through all the types of mattresses and our needs. She helped us with a smile even though we took a while to make our final decision. Julie was extremely friendly and professional and knew her products well. She even guided us on how to wash our new Tempur pillow covers.

Marc acknowledged us as soon as we entered and asked if we wanted a drink. We were given time to look around with no pressure and when we chose a bed for our daughter, Marc was on hand to help. While placing our order, I started to have an increase in pain in my knee and back (I’ve been suffering with an inflamation in my sacral joint recently) and Marc got me some water so I could take my painkillers. He went above and beyond. I’m very pleased.

Left alone to browse before asking if needed assistance. Nice not to be pounced upon as soon as walking through the door! Asked if I wanted refreshments which was nice.

This is our second return to dreams for our bedroom requirements and we have not been disappointed. We have become used to the high level of service, knowledge and help, we have been given, as the norm for this company.

We were helped by Michael and then Julie in the penarth road branch. They couldn't have been more helpful, we are very pleased with the service.
