We called into the store not really knowing what we were looking for specifically. We were approached by Julie who was friendly and helpful, who allowed us enough time to browse but also helped narrow down our choices whilst being specific to our needs. Her knowledge regarding the products available and suitable for us was exceptional Thank you so much Julie made our experience extremely easy and we would recommend dreams to others. Furthermore, we returned the following day and purchased a mattered for our daughter.

Very friendly and helpful staff, made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in. The colleague had a depth understanding and knowledge of products and listened to our needs. Wasn't pushy in sales, gave us time to look around and decide ourselves what we wanted and gave advice when needed.

Not happy that we saw the price on line and went the next day and the price had gone up £50 pound. Delivery date was 5 weeks which we thought was a bit on the long side. Service and quality was very good.

because i cannot find anything to complain about, all my questions were answered unabbiguously, and the friendliness of staff. I ticked N/A for quality of product because only received it today (as arranged) and haven't even slept on it yet!

Julie took time to understand what we were looking for and went out of her way to provide the best quality bed and mattress within our budget
