Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

We visited your store on Penarth Road in January 2018 and I can honestly say that the customer service we recieved was exceptial. We were greeted by a young man name Steele who took time to explain and listen to what we were looking for. We were offered drinks and given time under no pressure to test the comfort of the mattresses. On deciding what mattress we wanted we were guided to a desk and again the service was great. Steele and the store manager did everything to accomidate us and even arranged a free morning delivery as not to disturb my partner watching Italy Vs Wales in rugby. It was this small gester that showed me that your staff really value their customers. The day before the delivery we had a call from Mike to say we will be the first drop off in the morning. Right on time they were knocking on the door, Mike and Tom lovely guys who were very professional. WELL DONE dreams, great recruitment you have a great bunch of staff. Thank you I have never slept so well!

The gentleman Michael who served us was very friendly and patient. He understood that my 4 year old son who was with me was a bit hyper and excited and didnt seemed mind when he was explaining the differences in mattresses to me that I would go running off after my son around the store half way through his sentence. He was understanding and gave us all the information we needed and wrote down the different styles of mattresses and beds and sizes we were looking at so we could then go home and measure the room to see if they would fit. He was so friendly and great with his customer service that when I came into the store a week later to place the order my son made it clear to all the other staff that he only wanted the kind man with the beard to serve us.

Customer advisor was polite and pleasant, he LISTENED to my needs and pointed out the best purchases to meet these.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and did everything they could to help

The staff in dreams were very friendly and efficient. Very welcoming and knowledgeable We managed to buy all the bedroom furniture for my sons room within 20 minutes Amazing

We were left to browse at first which is what we like. We were then approached by shop assistant Steele who asked us if we needed any assistance. We said that as some point we may need assistance. Steele then left us but was always available when we neede him. Steele also gave us excellent technical advice on the products and a very nice cup of tea and coffee 😀

Everything was excellent. Julie was NOT a pushy aggressive sales person but very informative, helpful and consequently closed the sale on me.

The staff were very very helpful and attentive to our needs during our visit
