We knew what we wanted, Good choice Made up our minds quickly. We were seen to immediately very friendly, and delivery time pretty good. We will hopefully get the bed this week.

Julie was knowledgable, friendly and listened to everything we needed. Found us a great mattress and did us a very good and reasonable deal.

Customer service was exceptional. I suffer with anxiety and making quick decisions involving potentially spending lots of money can be difficult. However, the staff were welcoming but not overwhelming and it made all the difference. I felt comfortable straight away. They knew when to leave us alone to discuss options and equally knew when to approach us and offer their knowledge.
