Julie, the shop assistant, was extremely helpful and friendly.. great bedside manner. Lol Her knowledge and overall help made my visit easy and enjoyable. Great service!!

Julie was absolutely fantastic when me and partner came in to store to look for a bed. She was very polite and very professional and made us feel at ease. There was no rush for us to make a decision, she took her time with getting us to try out different mattresses specific to our needs. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bed. Could not fault Julie's service in anyway.

The customer experience delivered by the staff in store was exceptional. Having been to a previous dreams in Cwmbran where the service was poor the Penarth Road Cardiff store was like night and day! Excellent

The advice from salesman Was very good , wasn’t sure which mattresses to look for so he advised the computer for the right bed. He was spot on!

Good service orrery a coffee while we waited for assistance as staff with other customers. Good value for money as buying a ex display bed and also had free items thrown in .
