The Dreams team staff member was called Julie. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed that she was not "pushy" to make a sale but went out of her way to get us a product that suited our needs and at a price we could afford. I first went to the store on my own to browse and returned a day or so later with my wife so that we could decide on which mattress to purchase. When we returned to the store, Julie was not there but her colleague advised she had gone to the bank - he even telephoned her to ascertain when she would be back in the store and offered us tea / coffee while we waited for her to come back from the bank. When we made our final choice , Julie was very professional with the purchase transaction and also in arranging a delivery day and time that suited us. All in all my wife and I were most impressed with Julie and her team members. The delivery of the mattress was on time and the 2 delivery drivers were very helpful and courteous so that was another plus for our Dreams purchase and would most definitely recommend the store to others.

Was a good and informative experience. Got to use the electronic sleep thing which recommended our matress and then chose a good priced bed

Very friendly welcoming staff . The order was taken by a new member of staff who was very pleasant overseen by the I.believe the store manager who was polite , professional , knowledgable and effecient . .

Julie, my assistant at Dreams store was amazing. She was very friendly, allowing me to be assessed on the dreams bed to figure out which mattresses would be best, then helped me to try each one as well as gave extra tips for a better nights sleep
