Store assistant was friendly, talked through each model of mattress - gave time to let you think about your decision, offered me a drink etc. Overall, a nice experience.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in by an assistant Julie she helped us make a our decision on buying the TV bed and a Paddington mattress and ordered our bedroom furniture to she offered us a bottle of water to as we were quite warm very knowledgeable in her job and very friendly she gave us outstanding service.

The service was really good, Amanda dealt with all my queries and was very helpful in understanding my needs from all the products sort. She spent a lot of time with me and the order process was quick and easy, also a very quick delivery timescale - cant wait!
