The process was pleasant and made easy. Yet to receive the bed as we are waiting for delivery but have taken the pillow bought as part of the package, and I love it. Would return to the store in the future.

Julie in the Cardiff store was super helpful. She assessed what mattress would be right for our needs and also then found the perfect match for us. She was so friendly and understanding that I have particular taste. The customer service herself and the other members of staff gave us was excellent.
