Knowledgeable friendly staff

We only intended to just buy a new headboard,and the sales assistant was most helpful in advising us that there were three types.Not only this,but was easy with his explanation on how to fit them,as we are pensioner,s. After this,he asked if he could be of further assistance.As my better half mentioned the fact our mattress was getting old and could do with being replaced.He told us there was a sales on these items & now was a good time to buy.After sampling some,we decided to go ahead and purchase one we liked.The salesman then completed all the paper work,and gave us a set of pillows & mattress cover in with the price.

The sales executive we dealt with was fantastic very knowledgeable, he listen qualified our needs and helped us pick the best bed for us, we also felt that he had our interest at heart offered us a great deal and left feeling very happy with our purchase we really enjoyed the whole experience.

Your colleague Andy took plenty of time to understand our needs and at no point did we feel rushed into deciding what we would purchase. The whole staff in the department were very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
