The sales assistance Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable, she explained the computerised mattress finder in detail but also gave a recommendation of her own which was the mattress that was most suitable for me. Nothing was too much trouble and we were even offered a cup of tea while we looked. Julie is a credit to your company

Excellent customer service the assistant listened and gave advice

We entered the store and was greeted by Andy who kindly shows us the products we were browsing at. We also tried the Sleep analysing machine which helped us choose which mattress to pick based on sleep positions and comfort. It was so nice to have the information given and still be allowed time to browse by ourselves. We had a think about our options over lunch and returned later in the afternoon to make our decision. Andy remembered us straight away and what we were looking at previously and we were ready to make our purchase! Andy helped us find an incredible high quality mattress at such an amazing price, he also gave us pillows, assembly, mattress protectors and a duvet included in our price. He was fantastic! We will definitely be back in future! Thank you!

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I found Julie listened to my needs then showed me various options and invited me to try them. I explained I was trying to match an existing bed. She suggested I take some measurements and photos of it Which I did and returned to the store. Julie was able to tell me the make. Model and approximate age of my bed she then directed me to the nearest match which I was happy with during the process the manager was involved and again he was very helpful And ontop of all that whilst I was completing the paper work he gave me 4 complementary pillows. So over all it was a pleasure doing business and at quite jovial Which is quite a change these days. So at present very satisfied.

We were greeted by Amanda the moment we step foot into the store in Cardiff. She asked what we were looking for and she was very helpful and friendly. We used the new technology sytem to find the right mattress for us and it was quite a unique experience. Through that, we managed to find our perfect mattress!

Michael answered questions with confidence and a secure knowledge of the products in store. He offered us a beverage and left us to mull the decision over at our own leisure.

Julie greeted us with a smile and warm welcome whilst we walked into the store. We were then given time to have a little browse. Then Julie popped over to ask a few select questions on what exactly we wanted out of a mattress. “Better sleep!!” She then offered us the experience of the mattress advising machine. Which was great! Julie was then very knowledgable about all mattress types, bed frames and headboards. She quickly caught on to exactly what we were looking for and we fell in love with our Therapur Tranquil mattress. The best part was, she knew we were reluctant about spending that much on a mattress as it was a little over budget, so then found a better deal for us with a clearance mattress! Down from £1375 to £875!!! She was so patient, even offered us a coffee and some biscuits! Thanks to Julie! We can’t wait for our new bed to be delivered to our new home!
