We were greeted immediately as we entered the store by a really friendly staff member called Julie. She attended to our every need and no question was too much. She gave us so many options, used our names, offered us drinks, allowed us time alone to discuss. Julie was friendly, patient and chatted to us on a very professional level as well as being very personal and specific to our needs. She wasn’t pushy at all. A great experience from start to finish.

I was happy with the service, Andy was informative and helpful but did not pressurise me so I was able to browse around the store at my leisure. There was plenty of choice and help when I needed it. I found the computer assessment for my mattress requirements excellent. Overall a pleasant experience.
