Dream assistant was very good in assisting with the type of bed we needed. Excellent service

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were offered a glass of water due to the heat outside. I was very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend using dreams to anyone.

We went to the Dreams on Penarth road. We were helped choosing our mattress by two really great guys from the store one I think was called Andy and I can’t remember the other chaps name unfortunately but it was 26th June if someone wanted to find out. They were so friendly and helpful about everything, we went on the test mattress to see what types would suit but these were all quite expensive and probably out of our budget. They were not trying to rip us off at all and showed us the deals they had on and also a therapur mattress that had come in that morning but unfortunately had got a small rip in it coming off the van and as a result had been heavily discounted. Really liked that they were not pushy at all about the higher price mattresses as they could tell this would be out of our budget. Were offered tea and coffee during our visit and generally ended up being a really enjoyable experience rather than stressful! We ended up going for the therapur mattress which could be delivered for free. They also threw in a couple of brand new pillows for us. Just so kind and friendly could not fault the visit thank you guys, it arrived the other day and sleeping very well!

We had a lovely experience at your store. We (my husband and I) came in with our 3 young children and all the staff there were friendly with them all. Julie helped us find a mattress for our son that suited him and we was in and out of the store in no time at all. Julie helped us with the cover of the mattress too and we was really happy to have the mattress protector sheet included too. Overall a great experience thank you.

The staff member was very helpful he was excellent

I was allowed to browse without being "jumped on" immediately I entered store. When I was ready to ask for help it was immediately available and Mark who helped me was articulate and able to find me the right mattress.

The sales advisor Julie was lovely, she spent time going through what we needed and even got our 3 boys involved along the way so that they didn't get bored. She gave us all the info we were after with no pressure to buy which is why a week later we returned and purchased our bed and mattress. She even offered to make us a tea or coffee whilst we were deciding!
