The customer service I had from Julie was second to none. She had great product knowledge, she was friendly and I would come back again

Julie was very helpful in a non- pushy way which made it a lot easier to discuss what we did and didn’t want. We used the bed simulator which was interesting! Julie was very knowledgeable about the beds and was able to direct us in the right direction.

We’re greeted as soon as we walked into store by a lovely lady named Julie, was looking to upgrade a mattress that we had purchased from dreams years ago and she found it on the system within minutes, very friendly service even purchased a bed frame within minutes and the whole procedure took about 25 minutes from start to finish which was very impressive, was the fastest way I’ve spent £1,800 and was a very enjoyable experience

We were very impressed with Andrew (Andy) who looked after us from the moment we went into the store, to the time we decided to proceed with our purchases. His friendly, and not pushy approach was just what we needed as we didn’t have much idea before we went in what would be the best bed for us. The bed\mattress type machine was very useful and informative and helpful in our decision making along with Andy’s knowledge. We will be happy to recommend Dreams and Andy especially to family and friends.

The man who helped us was friendly, authentic and efficient. He knew how to do his job very well and he didn’t push us into making a decision. The know about the product he was selling. He was relaxed and it was a style that worked well. The quality of the product I tested in the shop was excellent. I can’t wait for it to arrive. Also all the staff were very attentive to customers without being overbearing. It looked like a nice place to work.

Amanda at the Cardiff store which is where I purchased my new bed was very helpful very friendly very efficient. Explained everything to me had the mattress test which was very good and helped me find the product that hopefully when delivered I will be very satisfied with she even showed us pillows and bedding. We arrived at your store with a particular bed and accessories in mind and were greeted by a friendly member of your store who was very helpful, knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process in the purchase of the bed and mattress witch we purchased.

Andy was wonderful with my 20 month old daughter who wanted to test every bed in the store! He understood our needs and was very friendly and efficient.
