It was great experience and we have better knowledge about mattresses

Julie was our assistant. Her greeting was so warm and genuine when we arrived. She really cared for our needs and listened carefully to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made sure that no stone was unturned in our quest for our desired product. She had great knowledge of the product she was selling and so open and honest. The little tiny things we noticed and we were very satisfied that we were buying from the right people. She even said “that was my fault” when we asked her that shed done a great job on our mattress and base bed but she”d forgotten to mention pillows. What a lovely lady she was even apologising for her inadequacies. Whereas in truth she didn't really have any inadequacies as she gave us her best at all times.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Andy, an incredibly friendly staff member who instantly made us laugh and feel welcomed. His advice and guidance was superb as he talked us through our best options and led us around the store to sample all the mattresses within our budget. He listened to our needs very well and didn’t try to sell beyond our budget which was much appreciated. Andy was probably the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in any store.

The staff were very friendly and offered us coffee upon arrival. Lovely coffee. Very pleasant and polite staff who knew their products and guided us to the right choice. We would highly recommend this store to anyone wishing to purchase a bed.

We’ve just bought our first home together and wanted to treat ourselves to an engagement present and Julie and Amanda helped us get the bed that I have always wanted (sleigh). We only went in today with the intentions of looking at a mattress but left with a brand new bed frame and mattress! The sleep test was an amazing idea as you never really know what mattress is right for you, our final purchase was expensive and a bit out of our affordability but Julie helped us to see it was the perfect purchase. Could not fault the service we received everyone was so friendly and welcoming

We were given plenty of information and options on the mattresses. We were given time and space to try and consider different ones. We were not pushed into a decision or hassled to make one. There was a good selection at varying price points. Overall the experience was excellent
