Such a wonderful experience this morning at Dreams. The team couldn’t have been more helpful, and by team I mean everyone. Amanda, Alan and another lovely lady who I didn’t get the name of. Also a lovely guy who seemed to be the manager. Can’t fault the service at all. The team couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly if they tried. We didn’t feel pressured at all and we felt like they genuinely wanted to give us the best deal they could whilst making sure the purchase suited our needs specifically. All the team were very knowledgable and so easy to talk to. We’ve walked away today with a beautiful new bed and mattress, can’t wait for our delivery next week! We were also chuffed that the guys threw in 2 free pillows and a mattress protector. Thank you so much, it’s saved us a lot of money and we’re so grateful. Finally the guys have arranged super quick delivery and will even take away our old bed and mattress. Couldn't ask for anything more.
