The gentlemen who helped us was amazing he spent a long time talking with us to find the best bed for us for our first home. He couldn’t have done more for us it was so kind. The bed is amazing and so comfortable!

Julie was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful, polite, informative and enthusiastic. She went above and beyond and was helping us to look after little daughter too so we would have the opportunity to look at the beds more closely.

I called into the store as was greeted by Chase who was very helpful and his customer service was exceptional and he has only been working there a couple of weeks. He offered me a drink and brought me a squash as it was a really hot day. I tried the bed that assesses the mattress best for you. Chase showed me quite a few mattresses. One in particular I really liked. It cost a bit more that I wanted but it will definitely be worth it. I ended up coming back to store and purchased through the Finance option. As I have been experiencing back pain I was really happy leaving the store and my mattress is being delivered on Saturday so only 5 days after I bought it, which being a Saturday is ideal as I'm in work all week. Great sale, the assistant knew all about the beds I was looking at, and was able to hold delivery until I move into my new house.

The gentlemen was friendly and had a bit of banter whilst remaining professional. He helped us choose a matress fairly quickly. Looking forward to getting our bed delivered
