I was not rushed in any way to make a decision, was given the chance to test the beds numerous time before coming to a decision.

Andy was great. Felt looked after. Was given bottles of water and got what we wanted in the clearance sale

Amanda (I think it was Amanda?) was super helpful! We are first time house buyers and therefore had very little experience with purchasing mattresses too. She was super understanding and patiently answered each of our questions. Have already recommended Dreams to friends!

Andy was very helpful and informed us about the pull out desk function on the bed we purchased for our daughter. He spent time with us choosing the right mattress and was very pleasant and helpful.

We were greeted by Andy from the Penarth Store. Andy listened attentively to our needs and gave exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable and patient giving us all the information. We felt very much at ease during this experience.....I hate feeling pressured and unlike some other experiences elsewhere there was no pressure here. Would absolutely 💯 recommend.

Just as we entered the store, we were welcomed by a pleasant and very cheerful lady who introduced herself and gave us the lay out of the store. We were offered hand sanitiser and advised to follow Covid 19 guidelines regarding social distancing. I have already recommended the store and the service we were given. I highly recommend the lady who assisted us. I went in the shop to show my husband the selections the shop had but we came out with the bed, best prize offer, convenient delivery date and happy customers. I'm really looking forward to sleep on the bed, all thanks to lady Julie. many thanks Petronella.

We were quickly greeted by your colleague who understood what we were looking for. He encouraged us to use the sleepmatch system and we found this very useful in pinpointing the mattress types we needed.
