Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, the machine to find the right mattress was really good, in helping choice the right mattress. Delivery time also very good, we always use dreams when buying our beds and mattress and have always found the staff at this store very helpful.

Dreams on Penarth Rd, Cardiff had an extensive choice of beds, mattresses and bedroom accessories. I was warmly welcomed by Julie who then let me wander and consider at my leisure. As soon as I asked for her help she was extremely helpful and advised me with her experience and knowledge of what I should be looking for in a bed. It's a massive decision which one doesn't make often therefore informed guidance is key. During the setting up of the finance I was made a lovely mug of tea by Chase and apart from a technical glitch, everything was efficient and smoth. All in all an extremely satisfying experience.

I was very impressed with the member of staff who is called Julie,she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find me the products I wanted,I managed to purchase two mattresses and a bed,exactly what I was after I would definitely recommend the Dreams store to family and friends

The staff in the Dreams shop me and my husband went to on the weekend were fantastic we could not fault them. They were extremely helpful, welcoming and happy to help us. They were also fantastic with our son. We bought a mattress on sunday and we are over the moon with it!!
