Very friendly team,made parting with money not so painfull

This transaction played out over two days. We entered the store on 29/09/2019 and we were greeted (not pounced on) by Chase who found us the perfect divan base for our base. We then returned on the 01/10/2019 to them place a further order with Chase of two mattress plus accessories. Excellent service.

Upon walking in the store we were left to look around for about 5 minutes - then a store colleague, Andy, approached us asking what we were looking for. He asked for 2 minutes of our time to find the perfect mattress for me and my partner. The bed we picked wasn’t going to available for delivery for another 5 weeks so Andy helped us to find another one which could be delivered much quicker. He also helped our 5 year old boy chose his bed and what mattress he wanted. His overall service was world class.
