The assistant Andy had just the right amount of engagement. He wasn't too pushy like some and conducted his customer contact spot on. He offered his knowledge and expertise of the Dreams product that we required.

We were very impressed with the service as soon as we walked through the door. There was no pressure and talked through everything with us. The man had so much knowledge and gave us so many options. It was more than what we wanted to spend but the service was amazing and that what sold the product. The man deserves a recognition and I wish I could remember his name. Thank you and look forward to our new bed.
