Found what i was looking for and it was a quick and very smooth business with professional salespersons

The sales person was very helpful he took his time suggested various beds and encouraged us to try each one we did not feel we were being rushed or pressured

The assistant Julie was very friendly with a lovely sense of humour was very obliging and helpful. A credit to Dreams. She gave us time on our own to compare the two beds we were looking at.

Found the right bed frame and mattress I was looking for and Amanda was extremely helpful

We were greeted in store. A member of staff was already dealing with a customer, but was able to set up the mattress matching machine. Julie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and where they were in store. We were directed in our own time, there was no rushing us to try each mattress. Each mattress we tried, was fully. explained as to the make up of the mattress and the type it was. We had plenty of time to make a decision. We also then went on to buy a bed frame too. The whole experience was so relaxed and with every question we asked, it was answered confidently and with additional information. We were offered tea and coffee during our visit. Julie was happy to leave us have a little wander round to take all the information in, before making a decision. When we had chosen the items we wanted to buy, the order was processed through with ease and all the prices and information was fully explained to us. Delivery date was arranged for the weekend. Left a very happy customer. It’s refreshing to have such wonderful customer service! Will definitely be back when I’m buying a new mattress or bed! Thanks

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. However they weren't pushy and we didn't feel pressured into a purchase. They gave us time alone to mull over the options and try out the different mattresses several times.
