Julie, the sales consultant at the Penarth Rd Cardiff store was extemely helpful - we entered the store not knowing what we wanted. She led us through the process of focusing on the best choices for our needs rapidly and professionally, with a most friendly demeanour throughout.

Our assistant Julie greeted us on entering the store and was attentive throughout without being adhesive.

Went in to order an online item.. Amanda was most helpful and sorted our order and delivery with great efficiency. It was because of the good service we received from Amanda last time we visited the shop that we returned to place our order with her.

The staff were very helpful with what I was looking to purchase, helped me with measurements for me to decide if the bed would fit into my property. Excellent customer service !!

Staff were friendly, store was clean and well presented, we were helped and advised with our entire purchase and given a good deal :)

We were left to explore on our own rather than being hounded on arrival like other furniture places. The woman who helped us was excellent, made us coffee on a cold rainy day and assessed our need through the dreams sleep match machine.
