Amanda the sales assistant was very polite and knowledgable and showed me various different products the suited my body frame and budget. At no time did i feel pressured or obliged to make the order. The manager was also very polite and friendly and looked after his store and staff well. Several times i was offered a drink which is excellent customer service in my book.

The lady that served me was very knowledgeable about the products given advice to what bed would suit my needs after describing what I was looking for. Popped to elephant beds while I was waiting for my partner to take measurements and the service was terrible same bed, more expensive. I have always shopped at Dreams and will continue to do so.

Very helpful lady called Julie assistant myslef with the purchase of a matress, knowledge of the product was excellent which helped me to make the right decision. hopefully i will get a fantastic night sleep now :) also had free delivery which is always a bonus

The staff and their service was the reason I returned to purchase. Price was less of an issue because I knew I could trust the staff to recommend what I needed and that they would make the price competitive.
