It was clean showroom, staff was very knowledgeable and assisted in trying the mattress. All transaction was complete in 5 mins. All we wanted, find the product we needed, got treated nicely and staff spoke politely and were not pushy but helpful.

Julie was helpful, warm and friendly from the moment we entered the store, very attentive but at no time did we feel pressured which we have done at another well known bed retailer. She gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision, I even purchased the pillow Julie gave us to try out the beds and I have to say it really seems to be helping with some neck pain I've been having. All in all it was a very positive experience, can't wait for the new bed now but have some decorating to do first

The staff were helpful and kind, particularly Julie who helped me find what I was looking for on my first visit to the store. She impressed me so much that when I was returning to place the order I waited for her to return from holiday so that she would be the one processing my purchase. I have mobility problems and I was there to buy an electric bed. Julie was knowledgeable and gave me great advice in choosing the right mattress, bed frame etc Your company is extremely lucky to have her.
