Friendly staff, busy store but still seemed able to allocate the right amount of time to us allowing us to look around unbothered but being available to answer queries when they arose

Absolutely fantastic service i needed a mattress for my mother , julie who served me was so helpful with what mum needed . I was so impressed I decided to buy a mattress for myself as I suffer with back problems julie recommended a perfect 1 for me . Staff were very friendly, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The staff was very friendly and coprative. And the lady to help us to choose the right bed and mattress which we want. I think her name is Julie in Cardiff which dreams store on the penarth road. This is the our first visit in dreams and we are very happy to choose this.

I was looking for a sturdy bed with storage for a rental property I have and Andy in the store on Penarth road Cardiff was brilliant
