Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy hard selling, listened to my needs and offered the best products to suit. Speedy service, would definitely recommend and purchase from in the future.

The service we received from Julie on our visit was highly proffesional. From being offered Coffee on arrival to her excellent knowledge of the items, it was a breath of fresh air to be approached to ask if we needed help, instead of having to search for a member of staff in other stores. Being walked through the different products available to us instead of just the most expensive was refreshing. The use of the sleep analaysis machine (sorry I've forgotten the actual name of it) where it 3d scanned and then suggested the best mattress to fit our needs was a 100% better experience for us than the guess work of some of your rival stores. We left the store highly satisfied that we made the right purchase for us and are looking forward to the best nights sleep we have had in probably years.

I was allowed to enter the shop without the assistant pestering me the minute I arrived, Julie approached me with a pleasant smile asked if I required assistance and explained the process of the way to test out the mattress.
