Julie was very knowledgeable, very courteous and great with our 3 children. She helped where she could to accomodate a cheaper alternative after understanding my partner had beenmade2 redundant. Without finding a cheaper alternative on the mattress, we would have likely left without purchasing. She had to divide her time between 2 couples which she did very well, we both felt enough attention was spent without being over bearing.

Andy was friendly and polite, knowledgable and attentive, especially where I had a general idea of what I needed, but didn't know for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store or staff to others.

I got what I needed without fuss.
