We found the staff very friendly and helpful even offering a cold bottle of water to drink. Julie was in her first week at the store and was so helpful, nothing seemed to faze her, I had asked so many questions about the products and service, it was not until near the end of our visit that a colleague mentioned Julie was a new member of staff. I think Julie needed more than a drink of water after I left the store. She was a pleasure to deal with. ☆☆☆☆☆

The lady with name of June I believe from the store blonde hair long hair absolutely amazing customers service she knew what she was talking about , I will deffintely be back in the new year for a new bed :) 😀 And chase was very good he has moved to the Newport store good luck to you in the new store very good service from you to too

It was a lovely experience to enter your store and have your member of staff greeted us warmly and kindly advised on what I required after I had explained what I was there for,your colleague Julie was exceptional regarding all her knowledge of your dreams beds and mattresses,she took me to your bed that when customers lay on it It tells you exactly what type of mattress is the best,Julie was absolutely amazing and I feel you are very lucky to have such a wonderful member of staff working for you.
