The store was quiet which meant I had the sales staff undivided attention. The sales person was excellent. Even though she was young she had a good knowledge of your products. She wasn't pushy and was very attentive.

Chazz was extremely friendly and understanding of our needs, she was also incredibly patient! Fantastic service.

Chazz was able to help decide quickly by pointing to us that the bed we've chosen is good for people with back pain. Other bed accessories was easily provided too. Advice were provided and were happy with it. All was done quite quick and no hassle at all.

We were served by chazz who was very helpful she listend to our needs.She was supportive informative and very patient. we arrived late very close to closing time and she said please don't worry take your time.We went back a week later and again served by chazz and again her customer service was amazing.Due to finances we were quite dithery but finally purchased are bed.Thank you
