Because Chloe the sales assistant greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable about the item that we required.

Our guy (I didnt catch his name sorry) was very pleasant, very knowledgable and took time to explain the differences between mattresses and what the test was doing. Took his time to keep us Covid safe by wiping down desk/card terminal, offering bottles of water etc

I went to the Worthing store & they had three workers for the fairly small store which I thought was a lovely number of colleagues. I had my little boy with me which a kind lady working gave us a little book to keep him occupied whilst we did our order with the male colleague, we was also told we could take the book home which was also really nice. A lot of the mattresses were too expensive but he found me and my dad one each as a very good priced rate to help our financial side of things. Overall the store was clean, tidy and customer based.

Very pleasant shopping experience. We walked in and were greeted with the young lady assistant wishing us a good morning and then she helped us all the way through with our order. Nice and easy process. Thank you.

The shop was clean as easy to walk around. The staff were really helpful and knew what they were talking about. The staff also let you look around and offered assistance if we needed it rather than annoying you with lots of questions as soon as you walk in.

The Polish girl who served me was very helpful. Especially with my questions on fitting brackets. My only disappointment is the time from purchase to delivery.

I came in looking for an ottoman bed. The sales person showed me where every bed was of that type and explained about colour options and then left me to browse without being pressured. I came back the following day having made my choice. I found the sales people well informed without being pushy
