Excellent customer service from Chloe at Worthing store. Offered water several times. Also kept our son engaged too. Very knowledgeable and started us with Sleep Match before we tried lots of examples. Helped us with different pillows too. Returned the following day and she recalled conversation from the previous day. Felt that staff cared about us getting the right product for us.
