I was buying for a disabled person and Mark was extremely helpful. Apart from dealing with me he also spoke with the disabled person and left him feeling very satisfied.

I was welcomed immediately into the store by Cloe who is a delightful assistant. She explained the bed to discover the weight I needed, which was an unusual experience for me, and discovered this information. Cloe escorted me to various beds to try and this was achieved and I made my decision and am now awaiting the delivery in June. I am excited and pleased with my purchase. Many thanks.

The help we received with the mattress options. Wish I could remember his name but the man who served us was brilliant. Friendly & very professional.

Trevor explained the difference between the two Tempur mattresses the store had in view which was appreciated. He also explained that it was possible to exchange the mattress after 30 nights if unhappy. However, on reading the booklet when I got home that Trevor gave me, I see there would be a £49 charge for this. This was not pointed out. Also, your TV advertising states 100 nights ??
