Friendly staff and a good knowledge of our needs

I was satisfied with the service of the assistant, he gave me all knowledge of the mattress's I was looking for. I went back a few weeks later and a young lady served me, I then ordered my mattress but the young man really was the person I would recommend. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name.

The man who served me was very attentive and understood what we needed and showed lots of different products suited to our needs

Was given a friendly and helpful service as soon as we went into the store assistant was not pushy in any way and gave us all the information we needed to make our purchase was impressed with the delivery date and only had to wait a few days to get our mattress was made to feel comfortable with the whole shopping experience

The safety of staff and customers wearing masks and sanitiser stations in place. The staff member was very friendly and helpful without being pushy and left us to browse at our leisure but was on hand when required. We were offered bottles of water which was much appreciated. The ease of ordering was very good.
