Apointment booking meant we were expected and alot of details pre-provided which meant ordering was dealt with swiftly. We were meet by Trevor who guided us through the sleep match and then selected appropriate mattresses to test. He had a good knowledge of the products and found a mattress that perfectly suited our needs.
