The assistant knew his product. He would not let us just look at one mattress but told us to compare at least three which was good advice as this confirmed our selection.

Greg that dealt with us knew everything we wanted. He was great the last time we got a bed from dreams that's why this went straight back.

Matt at the rugby store was so helpful and went that extra mile without being a pushy sales person. He delivered just what we were looking for all of the staff were extremely friendly it was a pleasure to shop at this store

I was treated with courtesy. The staff member (Greg) gave me information that I did not already have. Spent time showing me the alternatives and explaining my options. Made me a cup of coffee.

The staff member Emma and the manager were very helpful. Not pushy. Very knowledable about the product. I felt very satisfied with my experience at Dreams Rugby.

The sales person did their job well understanding my requirements and finding what i was looking for. They didn't try to oversell - very important!!

When I entered the Rugby store a female member of staff was tidying up the shop floor and greeted me in a friendly manner so I knew staff were available should I need help. I was given time to look around and felt comfortable to do so. After a little while i could see all the staff were helping customers, I was then approached by Matt and rather than asking me if I needed help (which I wasn’t sure if I did or not) he asked me if I had found anything that I had liked, which then meant I had a conversation with him about my intended purchase. If I’m honest I wasn’t certain I would buy on the day but he answered all my questions so I went ahead with it. He was friendly and very helpful. He offered me additional services such as cover, delivery and even a cup of tea. I was also given some pillows “to set me up for my new home” which was lovely. I felt listened to and considering I was quite nervous about buying a bed on my own, I was definitely put at ease! I’d like to say a big thank you for that!
