We attended as a family of 4. A 6 month baby and my 3 year old son. The intention was to go into the store and be as quick as possible to purchase our bed and mattress. We met a lady at the desk and explained exactly what we wanted. She was brilliant and allowed us to try different beds. You could tell she had good knowledge on all the products. She kept within our budget and we were out after an hour after spending £1500 We have bought all of our mattresses from this particular dreams store and have found all the staff helpful

First off we were greeted as soon as we walked through the doors of the shop which was pleasant. We weren’t harassed, we were able to have a little look around first because being approached and the gentleman that helped us was very efficient. His knowledge was fantastic and he showed us all options of different styles of beds too. He took his time with us and didn't pressure us into buying but we did as we found the perfect bed for us!
