First class service from highly knowledgable store manager, Matt, assisted by his colleague, Michelle, providing us with an unpressured range of options from which to choose to suit our needs. Various attractive discounts included in the package and a welcome flexibility with respect to delivery. We shall sleep well!

On arrival to the store we were approached by Michelle who gave us a little bit of information on what the colour codes indicated for each bed type then left to browse round until we found a bed we liked, Michelle then gave us all the information on our chosen bed included all of the prices and options. I really like the level of help offered as at no point did we feel pressured or bonbarded with too much information. On processing our purchase Michelle was very efficient and informative. The whole experience was excellent Michelle was very professional.

We were welcomed to your Rugby store by a friendly staff member and offered coffee. The assistant (Michelle) was extremely helpful throughout our visit and was on hand to answer questions without being overbearing. The store was well laid out, bright and clean. The whole experience was very pleasant.
