Very helpful and friendly staff who explained all the options available. The staff clearly had a good understanding and knowledge of the products they were selling. There was no hard-sell on a particular product which I really appreciate.

Michelle your assistant, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole visit pleasurable. The only negitive comment i would have is your hard sell on other products, which i know is not Michelles fault as it will be company policy. I would say that is the only negative i would have

The staff (Emma and Michelle at Rugby), were very friendly and helpful, with very good knowledge. Emma especially listened to our needs and provided suggestions for us to look at and consider.

Emma was very helpful and spent time with us. She gave us a cup of tea whilst completing the order. She demonstrated the bed for Mom.
