The assistant was present but available and so we did not feel pressured. When we needed help he gave us the information we needed to make a decision. When we could not get our choice delivered in time he came up with a solution which enabled us to get a bed in the right price bracket delivered within our short timescale

She understood that myself and the idiot needed different things from mattress and pointed us in the direction of a manufacturer who provided different 'firmness' on each side. For someone who hates shopping it was overall a happy experience!

I visited your Rugby store 18 months ago when I was thinking of buying a new bed. Your store assistant Emma spent a lot of time with me helping me to find the right bed and mattress, on that occasion I did not purchase but I did not forget her professional approach combined with a naturally friendly manner and excellent knowledge. On my return today I was delighted to see that Emma was still at this store and again she helped me to find exactly the right bed, nothing was too much trouble and thanks to her I changed my mind on a couple of firm ideas that I had only for the better. I came away absolutely delighted with my purchase thanks to Emmas' help and advice, I would add that her manager was also very pleasant and helpful even after I asked him to carry down the stairs an ottoman just so I could see whether it would fit my ideas ! Both are a credit to your company.
