Emma at rugby store did not rush us she made us feel at ease soon as we walked in ,she let us take our time and even made us 2 cups of tea which was brilliant as we was in the shop awhile ,nothing was to much trouble,she made it a pleasure shopping and no pressure to buy ,it was lovely to go to a shop where the staff couldn't do enough for us she is amazing at her job I will highly recommend rugby store to anybody we can't thank them enough big big thank you Emma

Colleague gave us all the information we required and pointed us to the correct product. She was very helpful.

‘Emma’ was very friendly, helpful, not pushy, spent lots of time with us going through the different types of beds . Both staff members were lovely and accommodating with our 5 year old. Colouring sheets were printed off and the other staff member chatted with him while Emma showed us the beds.

Both members of staff offered me a warm welcome and very friendly and approachable. Michelle went on to help me and couldn't have been nicer, full of information and extremely helpful. This is my first time buying a bed for myself and having recentkyblost my mother, I was feeling very low and out of my depth but my first bed shopping experience went so well and I felt very much at ease. I thoroughly recommend your Rugby branch and the wonderful staff. Thanks Michelle!
