A very big selection to choose from. We were encouraged to try the beds by Greg, the Dreams sales assistant. Pleased to see the beds were clean and easy to move between when trying them. Most of all the service that was given to us was first class. Greg was very nice/friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us clear information that helped us with our choice. He was able to answer all our questions. We needed a mattress for a guest bedroom. We had come in with a budget, but decided on something a bit more expensive due to the very good information we received from Greg. We would highly recommend Dreams as they provide a very good service.

Michelle, the assistant was fantastic. My Husband recently left us after 22 years together, Michelle was sensitive to how we were feeling. The bed ordered was for my teenage Son. Michelle treated him with respect and listened to his wishes.

Excellent and friendly service

We were welcomed into the store by one of the stall and offered refreshments. Explanations were given on the various types of products and any discounts available. The staff were very friendly, knew their products and stayed with us throughout our visit.

The atmosphere in the store was relaxed and friendly. We were put under absolutely no pressure to make a decision and Michelle encouraged us to test a wide range of mattresses before we made up our minds. A coffee offered also helped with the decision making.

Emma, who served us was very knowledgeable about the products, we used the machine to recommend a mattress and then we were led around the shop and shown the various mattresses that had been recommended. We were given time to look at each one properly and Emma answered all of our questions. She wasn't pushy about any particular product and left us to discuss and try things by ourselves while always being around for when we needed her again.
