Emma the store assistant was very attentive and knowledgeable and made the whole experience of buying a mattress so easy and stress free. The following day we decided that the mattress we had ordered may not be the one for us . On arriving at the Store we were welcomed by store assistant Matt , he was equally attentive and also knowledgeable. He went through our order with us and worked through our concerns . We eventually realised we had chosen the right one for us . Emma and Matt are a credit to the store . I would definitely recommend this store .

Initial sales person had no real interest in us not very helpful other than to ask what are budget was ? Managed to then get the store manager Matt to assist us which he did and was everything that we needed

the item I wanted was available, the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful, and I was served a cup of coffee, the store was clean and well laid out.

The friendliness, product knowledge and warmth of the staff at Dreams Rugby is great. In particular Gregg and Emma - they were patient (I went back in 2 or 3 times until I made my decision), helpful, warm, knowledgeable, honest. I didn't feel rushed in any way. Processing my order was very efficient, everything was pointed out clearly to me re the terms etc., I felt valued and confident in my decision re the purchase.

Greg spent a lot of time with us explaining the different types of mattresses that were available. This was particularly helpful as we both have bad backs and it is important to find the right mattress.

Emma, the sales assistant at your Rugby store (073) was very helpful in explaining the choices. Emma listened to what we wanted and did this without pushing us to select the most expensive but what most suited our requirements.
