Staff were very friendly and helpful. Placing the order was a simple and quick process. Did have a faulty item delivered but within 5 minutes of the delivery driver reporting this a replacement was ordered

Greg welcomed us on arrival at the store. He gave us enough time to browse the products. He made good suggestions to view other products too. He was very friendly and made the whole experience easy and pleasurable.

The store manager gave the right level of assistance at the time. He understood our need to take our time and provided helpful advice and information about various products without any pressure sales. He advised us to go away and think about it - which we did. He was there the following day to take our order. Seamless service. Very impressed. Great attitude.

My needs were quickly ascertained and then products suggested that would meet these. The staff were polite, friendly and were able to put me at ease when essentially lying down for 45minutes. They lightedned what is a strange business interaction.
